Scope of Responsibilities: Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task Job Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Job Duties: Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery Schedule
delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required Responsible for completion of all paperwork and proper filing Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Attendance Requirements: Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts Must be able to work nights and weekends as required Education: Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED Job requirements: Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing Experience: Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position Required (Vermont Employees): Registered with the State of Vermont as a shop Technician Required (New Hampshire Employees): Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a shop Technician Special Conditions of Employment: Drug test Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Job Skills Required: Basic Math skills necessary Strong communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk throughout the duration of the shift Limited lifting up to 40 lbs Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test Required Training: HIPAA Privacy Course HIPAA Security Course Behavioral Traits Required: Cooperation: Must work harmoniously and effectively with fellow employees, supervisors and others you are in contact with Initiative: Must work within supervision guidelines and assume additional responsibilities Flexibility: Must be willing to work variable work schedules, assist others as requested and available, and be willing to perform all assigned work Adaptability: Must respond to new situations in a positive way, accept change, support new ideas, master new routines and grasp explanations, apply current knowledge in new environments and experiences Involvement: Must enjoy the demands of the job and work with interest and enthusiasm Customer Service: Must provide appropriate customer service (for Kinney customers, fellow employees and business partners), listen attentively to their needs and respond appropriately Safety: Must take care of equipment and employ good safety habits Leadership: Must gain acceptance of ideas and accomplish goals through subordinates, peers and teams Honesty: Must assure proper delivery and return of all medications Compensation: $15.70-16.85 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
