General Description: The Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) directs the daily operation of the two retail lines in the most productive, safest and highest quality manner. The primary focus is equipment setup, operation, line sanitation and initial failure trouble shooting to accurately complete work orders within the expected time frame for the product being run. The position is also responsible for retail team training, assignments
and utilization. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum four years' production experience. Minimum two years' production equipment operation experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical problem solving, and attention to detail skills a must. Intermediate computer / math / writing and organizational skills. Logical and sensible judgment. Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent written, verbal and active listening communication skills. A positive attitude consistent with the Glory Bee culture.
