We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our food production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a passion for ensuring the continuous operation of our production equipment.
Job Duties: Perform routine maintenance and repair of production equipment, including conveyors, mixers, packaging machines, and utilities. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules to ensure equipment reliability. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiencies. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food production setting. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
