Strategyn is growing rapidly, so this individual will need to play a key role in continuing to refine and perfect this critical element of our ODI process. This position resides in the Product function within the company but will work closely with the Delivery team at Strategyn. Successful candidates for this role will be intellectually curious and possess an innate ability to create structure and process from complex and ambiguous subject matters.
Key responsibilities include: Lead a team of quantitative researchers Become a subject matter expert (SME) on questionnaire design and data analysis methods. Develop enhancements to Strategyns process on questionnaire development, data analysis and strategy development. Assist executives with special requests / high-priority projects related to questionnaire design and strategy development. Conduct new/refresher training on data analysis methods Conduct on-boarding training for new hires in questionnaire design, data analysis and strategy development Keep training material content updated (existing + new modules in the LMS system) Keep SOPs on questionnaire design, data analysis, and strategy development up to date.
As required, serve as chief instructor on client training-related projects Advises the assigned Engagement Manager on managing the training activities planned for the project Participates in SME role for client project meetings involving training, as requested by the Engagement Managers Update Strategyn products based on learning from application work.
