Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc. Resolve client
problems either through direct personal action, or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience. Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking. Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TELLER / CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR As a Teller / Consumer Loan Processor, you find it rewarding to generate consumer loans that benefit customers' lives. Your superb customer service skills allow you to build lasting relationships with our customers. You open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loan applications for customers. You capture business by cross-selling credit union products and services that meet their needs and improve their financial well-being.

Your Teller responsibilities include completing transactions for a variety of requests such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances.
