Required competency, education, and experience: Candidate must have the following areas of knowledge: Industrial Paint Best Practices Paint materials Surface Preparation Work environment: Manufacturing environment. Physical demands: Employee must be able to wear a respirator. Employee must be able to pass a pulmonary function test before hireand annually during employment. Employee would be frequently required to sit; use hands

to grip or handle objects, tools, or controls; and to talk and hear. Employee would be occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Employee would be frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
