Job Summary We are looking for a CAD Detailer / Drafter who will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software.

This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret and create mechanical and engineering designs. The CAD Detailer / Drafter will be expected to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with other departments to ensure that the designs meet the desired specifications. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities Create CAD drawings,

sketches, and diagrams. Detail designs and drawings made by engineers, designers, and drafters. Consult with engineers and other technical personnel to interpret design specifications.

Analyze drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards and specifications. Prepare and maintain technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics. Maintain a database of drawings and documents. Requirements & Qualifications Technical degree in 3D Modeling and Drafting or related field. Experience with 3D modeling software (Creo, Solid Works, Auto CAD) preferred. Knowledge of CAD drafting standards and conventions. Communication and problem-solving skills. as a Spray Painter at our Des Moines, IA facility. The shift is 4:00PM - 12:30AM, Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime. Starting pay is $21.54 and may be higher depending on experience.

2nd shift has a shift premium of 4% of your base pay. Responsibilities & Duties: Quality painting of products and equipment in accordance to Corp. guidelines. Apply EF-GARD face sheet side of forms in accordance with/Corp. policies. Maintain pressures and temperatures on the paint system. Thin paints as needed. Check paint viscosity. Treat water in overhead booths. Cycle 5-gallon paint vats as needed. Run towveyor in a safe efficient manner. Record labor on work order and timecard accurately.

Complete quality audit process in accordance with corp. guidelines.

Operate material handling equipment. Clean and maintain work area daily. Perform routine preventative maintenance of all painting related equipment. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision. This job is responsible for performing a full range of specialized coating projects by applying a full range of specialized coating through the operation of paint spraying equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and obtain pertinent information from shop order and shop drawings regarding painting requirements.

Set-up and operate spray paint systems and pressure-pot spray systems to apply prime coat paint and top coat paints. Work with solvents, cleaners, paints and coatings. Move components by operating an overhead crane, using safe work habits. Assists in prepping components, sanding and reworking paint. Verifies specifications

by conducting a self-inspection. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following operating procedures. Resolves paint problems by adjusting processes to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.

Document actions by completing production, quality and time forms. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Wear proper personal protective equipment. Identifies and anticipates safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions.
