Time service deadline, 15-20 days. Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system. GENERAL INFORMATION: Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Fee ranges from
$15.00-$18.00 per inspection. Located in urban area, up to 4-6 per hour (high concentration of cases)Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses, and taxes.
