As a Project Architect you'll work as part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team. Each day, you'll participate in the architectural design process of municipal/industrial facilities and help develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts to the client. You'll also lead the delivery of schematic design, design development, construction document phase, and construction phase activities. Our commitment to you: --- Mentoring. Eligible employees may also enroll in a deferred compensation plan or the Executive Deferral Plan. Jacobs has an unlimited U. S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $96,400 to $150,550. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here's What You'll Need: --- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university --- Oregon Registered Architect (RA) or licensed in another State and ability to get Oregon reciprocity within six months --- 5 to 15 years of architectural design experience --- Knowledge and experience in preparation of preliminary design documents and contract documents (including construction drawings and specifications) --- Knowledge and experience in the design of building envelope systems using common building materials --- Experience performing building code analysis --- Previous experience reviewing contractor submittals and providing construction administration Ideally, here's what you'll also have: --- LEED Accredited Professional --- Proficient using 2D & 3D Microstation --- 3D computer graphic skills using Sketch-Up and/or Revit At Jacobs, we're partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates.
