computer-aided drawing (CAD) software to create exhibitions, matrix projects, and footprints that are precisely scaled for all company divisions.

Examines and translates architectural information from builders in order to develop, update, and analyze footprints for use on plot plans. updates and fixes issues with the database of firm housing plans. all firm departments' queries or worries regarding housing information are addressed. When comparing forms to plot plans, correctly identifies housing concerns and clearly communicates remedies to other departments and the builder. For all company departments, examine aerial easements for encroachment. produces matrix books with footprint transparency

and blank lot drawings for builders. evaluates and orders urgent tasks as they come up.

meets daily production targets set by the administration of the drafting municates with senior team members and department assistant managers to resolve any issues, disagreements, or issues pertaining to work.
