limited to evaluations, recommendations of wage increases and necessary corrective action Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, 5S practices, regulatory and/or customer requirements Authorities for an employee are granted by means of work instructions, policies and procedures and/or direction provided by management to meet the requirements of the customer Education: Minimum of Bachelor degree is required BSME or BS in engineering is preferred Experience: Some experience in Engineering Management Some experience with product development processes and disciplines preferably in an automotive industry Some experience in disciplined problem solving approach Skills: Proficient

in Microsoft Office products Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) systems Other: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to adapt and manage change Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment Results focused Strong listening skills Excellent negotiation skills Proven communication and organization skills Work Environment: Capable of working in testing chambers with temperature ranges - 20C to 70C.
