We are currently looking to fill the following Licensed Practical Nurse positions on our Post-Acute Unit: 12-hour Shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM): 72 hours per 2-week pay period 8-hour Shifts (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM): 40 hours per 2-week pay period Limited Per Diem Opportunities We offer the following differentials on top of the hourly rate of pay: Evening $3 per hour Night $5 per hour Weekend $2 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials) A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available for LPN positions!
Subject to applicable taxes, the bonus is paid in three installments:
1st after 90 days, 2nd after one year, and 3rd after two years. Bonus recipients must commit to continuous full-time or part-time employment in an eligible position for two years with Porter Medical Center.

Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current, unencumbered, LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by The State of Vermont required.
