Job Summary Summary: Provides visual and audible observation of assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and unit manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: : Visually and audibly monitors the assigned patients condition and behavior at all times.Completes observation reports at established interval.Takes initiative in compassionately rendering service or responding to needs.
Interacts hospitably, cheerfully and supportively with staff, patients, visitors and work colleagues.Remains at the bedside of assigned patient at all times unless relieved by an appropriate staff member.Verbally redirects the patient from engaging in at: risk behaviors.Seeks help or advice as soon as possible when patient appears to be in medical distress or poses a threat, and escalates to assigned medical professionals.Participates in collaborative identification and reporting of patient safety issues. This position requires organizing stock, accurately labeling parcels, and supporting the Warehouse Administrator with all duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the receiving and documentation of merchandise from transportation carriers into the warehouse. Keep inventory of all merchandise organized and sorted, ensuring merchandise is safely and securely stored for efficient shipping. Identify and report any missing, lost, or damaged materials to the Warehouse
Administrator. Ensure the workspace is free of debris, safety hazards, and all other disorganization that would impede the warehouse's function. Follow all safety and state compliance regulations including unloading, loading, sorting, staging, and transporting products.
Work cooperatively and productively with other team members in order to complete tasks. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift Must be able to work with delicate precision and strong attention to detail Work in a fast-paced environment and meet minimum quality and production metrics Must be service
