Part-time associates are offered flexible work hours and certain benefits: 401k, profit sharing, and supplier discounts. Essential Job Functions: Pull stock. Stock replenishment. Packaging and packaging inspection, routing and labeling. Manifesting product in accordance with procedures. Count inventory. Completing carrier supplied documentation. Enter freight cost into WMS. Overstock inventory support. Maintain
the work area in a clean and orderly manner. Knowledge of safety procedures. Drive and operate hi-lo. Follow written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: High School diploma or GED. Previous work experience preferred. Ability to use a computer for basic tasks. Strong self-discipline and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout the day. Ability to work in extreme temperatures: hot and cold. Ability to bend/lift and/or carry weight to industry standards. Organizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with associates, customers, business partners and management team.
Demonstrated teamwork approach with superiors, peers and subordinates utilizing skills in oral communication, active listening, written and oral directions and cooperating with and assisting others when needed.
