: Understand, process, and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting as requested.Receive goods into the computer system and ensure proper distribution of the product while maintaining accurate inventory levels.Store items in bins, shelves or other specified locations; record as prescribed, maintain stock, and notify appropriate personal of all discrepancies.Work from shipping papers, bill of lading, packing slips, work orders and written and verbal instructions.Use hand carts, mobile pallet jacks and motorized forklifts to safely transport and load/unload parts and materials.

Exercise proper care and use of equipment and materials.Perform warehouse duties in all areas

of the warehouse as assigned or directed.Maintain all work areas in a neat and orderly condition. Detect and report all faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations and unusual conditions to a supervisor.

Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations.Load, unload and secure loads when transporting materials on an open bed truck and/or trailer.Pulling correct parts and delivering them to different assembly areas for production, while maintaining quantitative accuracy. and shipment of finished products. Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse. Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.

Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product. Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed. Operates forklift truck as needed. Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports. Performs other related duties as directed. Manage incoming phone calls. Order

entry and confirmations using P21 system. Responsible for warehouse housekeeping. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least two years of work experience in a warehouse preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds at times. Ability to move around the warehouse.
