The primary position responsibilities include full customer service and sales support, developing customer relationships, and profitably selling their products and services to existing and potential new customers. This position will
enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales and profitability goals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and financial goals established by the company.
--- Manage and grow new customer business through sales initiatives, while continuing to expand product sales with current customers. --- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all established accounts while building foundations for new customer relationships. --- Process all customer-related business from quotations through sales, shipment and delivery of the products ordered by our customers and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. --- Sell, service, and promote company's product line to external
customers. --- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
--- Stay in contact with customers to review, discuss and provide their evolving needs. --- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, when opportunities arise. Requirements: --- Demonstrated professional experience working with customers and/or the public. --- Must have working knowledge of hose application, production and testing equipment and related services. --- Ability to effectively negotiate. --- Must be able to coordinate and meet all customer delivery deadlines. --- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. --- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
