Identifies training or communication opportunities based on Store Operations' reporting and requests. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource Training, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. Three years store management or operations experience. In-depth knowledge of Store Operations In-depth knowledge of Store Systems Instructional Design experience Familiarity of Adult Learning & e Learning Knowledge of policies and procedures Strong project management, communication and organization skills Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to deal with diverse personal styles, functions and levels of responsibility Familiarity with concepts of organizational planning, operational and strategy planning.
