of any present or potential issues related to quality of service, processes, or compliance.

Identify problem areas and develop recommendations and plans for solutions. Analyze the effectiveness of training and develop appropriate modification if needed. Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training. Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed. Works with the QA and Safety Supervisor; attends Committee meetings to implement changes as needed. Leads and/or assists in the development/ongoing continuous quality management for the laboratory.

Evaluates and assists with lean projects in the laboratory that works to improve overall processes to help the company provide quality care in a cost effective and timely manner to its patients. Travel required. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: Education : Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or similar. Experience : 2-4+ years of high complexity PCR based laboratory experience required! Previous/current experience with training scientists in a CAP regulated lab required.
