The Senior IT Analyst will design computer training manuals and audio-visual training components by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; and revising and editing final copy.
The Senior IT Analyst will be expected to conduct computer training needs backssments by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports, while understanding job-specific functions and tasks. This position will work closely with technical writers, business advocates and SMEs to gather

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Education, Training or Technology and will also possess at least 4 years of full-time experience in a technical training role in an enterprise or education environment.
Also, qualified candidates will be familiar with Camtasia, Captivate or similar video production applications.
