In this role, you will lead the collection, management, and analysis of data from multiple analytical platforms used in the deep characterization of various cell types and tissue engineering processes.
The data analysis you perform is used to identify critical quality attributes, ensuring appropriate product quality is maintained when transitioning existing manual tissue engineering processes to scalable, modular, automated, and closed manufacturing processes and during commercial manufacturing. You will apply advanced data analytics techniques and AI /machine learning to aid in
the identification of critical process parameters and process design space for process development. Reporting to the Director of the Deep Tissue Characterization Center (DTCC), you will contribute to establishing a world-class analytics team and introducing appropriate data science practices for our programs.
Your Role Collaborate with DTCC staff on data derived from sample accessioning, preparation for deep, untargeted multi-omic, (small molecule, protein, lipid, and transcriptome) characterization of cells and their secretome, cell phenotypic characterization, mechanical characterization of tissues, and functional assays Identify and/or evaluate new technologies and new procedures for
integration into the DTCC data collection, management, and analysis portfolio Develop scalable machine learning approaches to network and predictive models of biological processes Apply computational techniques to analyze large-scale biomedical datasets Create data-driven models and data visualizations for clinical and research work Develop projects and work independently on a variety of data analysis projects Learn and use bioinformatics tools for processing and analysis of large datasets Identify and resolve technical issues and propose upgrades to current software Your Skills and Experiences S.
or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or another relevant quantitative discipline, preferably with demonstrated experience in industry or an academic core facility Experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, or another relevant analytical field The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in extracting value from data generated by the DTCC (Deep Tissue Characterization Center) Strong analytical and programming proficiencies and proven expertise in high-dimensional data analysis Experience in programming environments such as R, Matlab, SAS, Stata, Python/Jupyter Working experience with genetics or statistical analysis software, data management systems and online resources, or other biomedical data analysis is a plus Knowledge and experience with software engineering best practices such as version control, code review, unit/regression testing, continuous development/continuous integration In-person position, located in Manchester, NH.

as repeat back, SBAR, and huddle attendance • Participates in medication conveyance per Medication Storage and handling policy • Performs other duties as required or assigned • Additional Key responsibilities for clinic/outpatient settings: Greets patients and assist with the rooming of patients Prepares patient, room and equipment for procedures and exams Assists patients in completing questionnaires Maintains chart information that is up-to-date, organized, and in compliance with Health Information Services (HIS) requirements • Additional Key responsibilities for inpatient settings Participates in admission process for patients including room set up after EVS clean to ensure room is ready for the next patient Greets patient upon arrival and completes standard admission tasks Prepares patient, room and equipment for procedures and exams Participates in assisting the patient with readiness for discharge, gathering patient belongings, including items from shop or the safe, assist patient with getting dressed Completes room strip down after discharge Returns medications to shop return bin from medication cart Completes hourly rounding on all assigned patients for patient experience to include safety checks per unit standards utilizing a rounding script/checklist Delivers meal trays and set patients up to eat Sets patients up and assists patients with the completion of personal care and provides clean hospital gown and changes linens Performs patient sitting for patients requiring 1:1 observation after successful completion of required learning activities Assists with lifting, positioning, and dressing of patients Answers call lights and directs patient needs to appropriate resources Stocks equipment from central locations to nurse server as needed Qualifications • High school graduate preferred but not required.
