Event Credentialing Staff - Iowa Speedway | Newton, IA

is an event-based position, shifts and hours will vary based on Iowa Speedway's event needs. Assist with operational tasks in the credentialing office during event weekends: June 2024 Aid in set-up and tear-down of the credentials office for each event Verify identification and issue credentials to guests of the Speedway and event sponsors Checking in/checking out event staff and issuing appropriate attire and equipment, ensuring equipment is returned in a proper manor Ensure employee time coding is correct in Workday Program Qualified candidate must maintain a positive attitude at all times, must be able to pay close attention to detail, must be flexible to fill in where needed and work

in a fast-paced environment.

Must be flexible to work event weekends. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to write correspondence and ability to effectively present information. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures. COMPUTER SKILLSProficient skills on all company provided hardware and software. The ability to type efficiently is a necessity. OTHER SKILLSAttention to detail, customer service, analytical, and communication. REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
