(but not limited to): Assist in the issuance of proofs of insurance (binders, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property insurance, ). Follow up on pending cancellations and reinstatements in accordance with our EPIC procedures. Assist with service matters (phone calls, emails, etc.
) when the account executive is not available or not present in the office. Process all non-premium endorsements for the clients, including entering data into EPIC, making changes on the company websites and follow up on the open activities. Prepare correspondence including, cover letters, policies, binders, and ID cards as needed to assist the account executive. Review Expiration Clean Up sheets
to make sure that any policies that should show as renewed are properly entered and giving back to the account executive those items that need more involvement. Run Motor Vehicle Reports. Assist with tasks and any special projects given to you by your manager.
