ESSENTIAL DUTIES Exploring and growing the Swanson Flo client account list Deal with incoming leads Maintain a healthy business relationship with existing customers Attract new customers Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales opportunities Provide problem resolution, client satisfaction and sales follow-up through quality customer service Act as liaison between the companies we represent and the customer Align sales opportunities with resource availability Develop, manage, and nurture business partnerships Accomplish volume and profit goals

Collect, analyze, evaluate account performance to maintain and increase revenue Maintain an efficient work environment Attend networking and promotional trade shows with potential clients Prepare and develop quotes as required SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not require supervisory responsibilities REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES Commitment to excellence, integrity, accountability, and professionalism Develop strategies, tactics and techniques based on the feedback from customers, other sales staff, and market environment Able to work effectively with a cross-functional team Strong communication skills both verbal and written Entrepreneurial attitude Strong presentation skills Passionate,

The ability to travel on overnight stays Self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision Self-accountable and result oriented Technical control valve and instrumentation background preferred Process industry specific experience preferred Ability to learn our business and to work independently to achieve goals Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients Acceptable driving record PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical requirements for this position are typical for a mobile employee including constant movement within a wide range of office environments, climbing, standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping and lifting 50+ pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment for this position includes the constant requirement to operate a motor vehicle and occasional exposure to loud noise and outside temperatures of heat/cold. The environment may occasionally include exposure to m oving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding / high places, and exposure to high heat or chemicals.
