Job Summary Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design and implementation of complex data network and voice solutions for federal customers. Works as a collaborative member of the Comcast Government Services (CGS) sales team to market and sell the Company's product

lines. Provides insight to customers on current network solutions. Works closely with account executives on presentations and the technical design of new sales.

This role requires a broad understanding of access and networking technologies with emphasis on Managed Services, Professional Services, Ethernet, Optical and IP networking. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience. Job Description Core Responsibilities Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions. Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise. Attends customer meetings in person and via the phone. Interacts with all levels of customer's management

team to drive new sales. Performs needs analyses for CGS and its customers and produces strategic, cost-effective solutions.

Serves as Subject Matter Expert on Comcast Government Services product offerings. Designs solutions for federal agencies that meets their applications, as well as assures protected circuit design, disaster recovery situations and appropriate bandwidth for future growth. Translates complex technical design requirements into information that customers can understand and respond to. Provides updates and accurate reporting to leadership on specific customer due dates, network/capital costs and other portions of current opportunities. May be responsible for leading a team but does not directly manage people.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Must be able to travel regularly as required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to hold a Federal Security Clearance.
