Mast Roofing & Construction is seeking a Sales Manager to provide hands-on leadership to the team and drive the growth of the company. The ideal

The ability to foster a collaborative environment, build a cohesive team and work effectively with the General Manager is essential to the role. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, and achieve sales goals. In addition, this role will be a resource to the team, bringing a positive, can-do spirit,
and strengthening the Mast Roofing & Construction brand. Sales Manager position qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience, required Sales experience within an " in home" setting, preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing successful leadership to a department/team, required An understanding of construction or related industries, a plus, but not required The ability to utilize marketing and advertising strategies to drive growth, a plus Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential Proficiency with technology, strongly preferred; with MS Office – specifically Excel / Google Sheets, a plus Demonstrated community involvement, desired
The Fightin Phils internship is a paid position of $1,200/month prior to the start of the season and a $1,500 monthly stipend once the season begins. Full time associates may work approximately 32-40 a week during the off-season and approximately 80 hours a week during the weeks of home games.
The Food & Beverage internship is responsible for food for all concession's areas and related operations. Interns will learn managerial practices in the stadium concessions industry, The primary responsibilities will include receiving all food & beverage deliveries and prepping of concession stands for events. Assist in coordinating, supervising, and training food staff. Help ensure compliance with
all health, sanitation, and safety standards. Assist in placing food orders and building relationships with vendors. They also are involved with preparation of inventory sheets and closing of the concession operation on a nightly basis.
Monthly inventory procedures and food cost analysis. Assist with purchasing and inventory control of the entire Concession Operation. Internship begins in late February and will last through the end of September.
