in new markets• Grow and drive a high performing sales organization• Manage sales team and accelerate worldwide ARR growth• Drive sales strategies and action plans to meet our customer and revenue growth objectives• Manage complex selling cycle selling Saa S products• Strategize annual sales plan• Partner with Marketing and the Customer Success Teams• Be a member of the Executive Team to drive overall company vision and strategy Requirements: • 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership with a successful track record• A proven track record and demonstrated success in leading teams selling Saa S/Cloud enterprise software• Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing Saa S sales team Preferred but not Required: • Experience selling in AEC, manufacturing and/or e-learning• Within driving distance of Dubuque, Iowa
