To learn more about our organization, visit We are currently seeking candidates for Account Manager for our corporate offices in WATERLOO, IOWA.

This position is responsible for contacting regular and prospective customers, in assigned territories, to check in on customers, cross sell into multiple industry verticals, demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. This position supports District Strategists with daily tasks and follow up. To

be successful, you must identify opportunities to enhance services used by existing customers and encourage utilization of all POS products: Print, Web to Print ordering, Statement Processing and Billing, Patient Payment Services, INCOMPOS and Online Reputation Management, among other Electronic Products and Services.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Obtain orders of new products and repeat products using recall schedule. Identify other opportunities with each customer. Present " Product of the month" on each touch. Be proficient in weekly call blocks, email blocks using provided sales scripts. Document sales process and identify next steps of sales process

in SFDC. Determine customers that need to transition to Online Print Management Pull in other team members as necessary for product specifications, Online Print Management Demos and contract negotiations.

Contact all existing EPS only customers to identify Print opportunities. Contact all existing PRINT only customers to identify Electronic Products & Services opportunities. Work with Enterprise Reps and Client Success Managers to maintain appropriate customer communication. Handle Non-Profit research and prospecting for District Strategist and Marketing. Work closely with appropriately assigned RVP to review sales pipeline. Desired Skills and Experience : BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or another related field.

3-5 years of inside/outside sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have customer service experience, with technical experience preferred. Salesforce software experience is a plus. Web, Minteractioncel and MSWord, database user interface and query software experience is a plus.
