The Merchandiser will provide direction to the Sales Associates and support the needs of the Store Manager. Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating credit card receipts and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits. Provide initial and ongoing training for certified employees. Complete daily documentation entries for certified employees. Assist certified employees with annual vocational plan, completion of quarterly satisfaction surveys, other required documents. Become proficient

Be flexible in a busy retail setting in regards to job assignments and hours of work. Promote safety practices and procedures in all aspects of job duties, including, but not limited to: supervision of clients, program areas, transportation, community integration, lifting, and equipment.
