• To study and learn the necessary tools to operate computer equipment and software. • Consistent use of telephone manner and high standards of communication skills with all guests and colleagues alike. • To recognize the importance of 'sales' in every aspect of their role and be responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the Retail Manager. • To be adaptable and accountable for all actions. • Provide instruction and guidance for guest and employee safety in the event of fire,
power outage or other emergency situations. • Ascertains guest satisfaction.
In the event of dissatisfaction, refers the incident to the manager. • Complies with accounting guideline regarding receipt of payments, checks total verification, cash drawer and house bank management. • Balances house bank at the end of the shift. Retrieves and returns bank from vault to work station and return, to ensure accountability. • Communicates information about and sells bakery items and packages/boxes them for guests. Position Requirements Education/Training Requirements: • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required. • At least one (1) year of retail experience required.
