Provide initial and ongoing training for certified employees. Complete daily documentation entries for certified employees. Assist certified employees with annual vocational plan, completion of quarterly satisfaction surveys, other required documents. Become proficient

in operation of all current sort room processes at Savvy Seconds.

Be flexible in a busy retail setting in regards to job assignments and hours of work. Promote safety practices and procedures in all aspects of job duties, including, but not limited to: supervision of clients, program areas, transportation, community integration, lifting, and equipment. Previous experience working with people with disabilities.
