Maintain relationships with Retail Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and other relevant teams to develop and implement training as new needs arise. Promptly address questions, concerns, and challenges related to store operations. Be a subject matter expert on Gilbarco Passport and PDI store paperwork. Stay
updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging best practices in convenience store operations and customer service.
Share relevant information and insights with store teams to enhance their knowledge and performance. Possess comprehensive knowledge of health codes as well as tobacco and alcohol regulations at the city, state and county levels. Capable of educating employees on these matters. Recognize and develop potential talent to guarantee effective succession planning. Participate in meetings, training workshops, and conferences to keep training relevant. Seek out new ideas and platforms for training.
