Job Responsibilities Use Aramark’s coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential. Hire, onboard, manage and train front of house and back of house employees. Plan and manage daily huddles. Responsible for delivering food and labor targets. Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve

margins. Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in all operations. Ensure all safety protocols are being followed, including employee safety, food safety, and audits.

Mandatory floor presence and customer interactions during meal periods. Responsible for understanding financials, processing payroll, and managing employee performance and development. Qualifications Requires at least 2 years’ experience in related field. Requires 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience. Culinary degree preferred. Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession. Requires experiential knowledge of

management of people and/or problems. Requires oral, reading, and written communication skills.

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
