for this position. We are happy to provide training for it as well! We are looking to find a positive individual capable of meal planning, record keeping, carrying up to 20lbs up and down stairs, keeping a tidy kitchen, and working as a member of our terrific team.

Duties Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area Communicate with director/assistant director any kitchen maintenance issues Create a balanced menu for display Distribute the menu to each classroom Prepare food that meets the nutritional and CACFP standards daily Prepare food in advance as necessary Serve each classroom the appropriate amount of food according to CACFP standards Record amounts served on CACFP sheets Wash

and sanitize all dishes Prepare a weekly grocery list Grocery shop for necessary items Label all open foods Record the refrigerator and freezer temps on the log daily When needed step into a classroom for bathroom breaks Requirements All applicants must have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

The cook must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. It is also required that the person carry a valid driver's license as well as car insurance. The cook must be able to carry a minimum of 20lbs up and down stairs. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. CPR training will be required but the center can arrange for the course to be taken. Nice To Haves An individual with
