Responsibilities: Assisting the on-site Community Director in property management tasks. Welcoming residents and applicants, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact. Conducting leasing

activities, demonstrating units, and facilitating tours for prospective tenants. Handling basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.

Multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a busy environment. Demonstrating outstanding organizational and time management skills. Requirements: At least 1 year of leasing experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in handling basic office tasks.
