RESPONSIBILITIES Proofreads and suggests edits, as necessary, for communication materials. Organizes distribution of internal communications via a variety of channels.
Ability to provide proofreading support in adherence to set guidelines. Ensures adherence to brand guidelines and key company messages and themes in all materials. Participates as appropriate in brainstorming and other meetings with other colleagues and departments. Assists in timely completion of materials. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public
relations or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in a corporate environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required. Experience in Share Point platform preferred.
