•Monitors the development of new products to help identify possible problems before mass production. •Confers with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements and expectations. Qualifications and Requirements: Technical, associate's or bachelor's degree in industrial-related field preferred. 7 years of industrial-related experience 3 years of managerial experience Knowledge of quality concepts, statistical analysis, risk management, and investigation techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Statistical applications, ISO, Working Conditions: Ability to walk, stand, sit, in any combination up to 12 hours a day.

Job Summary As the Quality Manager for a Barrette Outdoor Living decking business, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and owning a Quality program which supports revenue growth, margin improvement and performance gains. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, you will support the
overall product quality in multiple phases of the operation from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes. Responsibilities Quality Assurance Review, develop and manage SOPs, standard work, and process control Develop, implement and monitor a quality management system that ensures consistent execution of process control and testing Work directly with plant personnel to ensure adherence to Quality processes, audit systems and reporting Review and update quality manual and provide training and resources plant teams Leverage available data to develop a comprehensive quality dashboard, identifying trends, areas of opportunity, measure performance levels
