A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A QUALITY ASSURANCE REVIEWER / REGISTERED NURSE (RN) As a nursing professional in quality assurance, you play an essential role in helping with the performance improvement of our company at the corporate level. Under the direct supervision of the director, you conduct a variety of tasks, including quarterly record reviews and survey readiness as well as compliance audit functions at both the state and federal levels.
You are also responsible for reviewing, submitting, and tracking all records that are requested such as fulfilling payment review requests. In addition, you assist with reviewing and revising policies and procedures in order to remain up to date with changing regulatory requirements. Using your keen eye for detail, you assist with any QAPI needs that come your way, including quality initiatives. Always punctual and reliable, you arrive to work each day ready to tackle any task that comes your way.
