Perform on the job training for existing employees in all locations based on audit findings. Provides reports to department management about overall quality levels as well as individual quality levels for members of the department. Make recommendations to improve overall quality of work performed at HME based on audit findings and discussions with staff. This job requires the following qualifications:
Attention to detail; accuracy of work is imperative for this position Medical records and/or audit experience preferred Good Communication Skills Strong training qualities and willingness to be a resource for employees.
