administration duties. Key Responsibilities: Act as the receptionist for the assigned department, handling inquiries over the phone and in-person, and directing customers accordingly. Provide financial administrative support by processing requisitions, producing regular reports, entering data, and maintaining related documents.

Execute clerical tasks such as scheduling meetings and inspections, taking minutes, and corresponding with internal and external customers. Utilize department-specific software and devices for efficient task completion. Fiscal Responsibility: Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business administration or a similar

field is preferred. Three years of clerical experience. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for positions assigned to Water Distribution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point) and basic office equipment/machines. Competence in using department-specific software/programs. Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer service. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Basic math skills for payment processing, reconciling statements, and ordering supplies. Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and reports. Demonstrated

ability to work under general supervision, make responsible decisions, and exercise good judgment.

Work Environment: General office conditions with moderate noise levels. Physical demands include sitting for extended periods, reaching and holding items at chest level or above the shoulder, close vision, and the ability to focus. Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function. Hours/Days: Monday-Friday; 8 a. m. - 5 p. m.
