The ideal candidate would have experience in project management with an Ed Tech startup. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional projects with effective follow-up dealing with key stakeholders. Support the ongoing engagement of the Ambassador Program including managing Ambassadors, collecting feedback, monthly meetings, weekly emails, sending swag, sharing product offering updates, and creating a sense of community.
Monthly management of partner invoicing. Submit and track contracts and vendor invoices through the contract management system. Operate administrative duties of social media accounts through Sprout Social including high-level sentiment reporting. Support
requests and delivery of promotional packets/items (swag, sales & marketing collateral, etc. ) Support Quarter over Quarter conference, event and membership budgets including the ordering of marketing materials for in-person booths.
Streamline administrative tasks related to events and conferences. Act as liaison with internal teams including central creative for marketing requests. Other responsibilities as assigned. Work Experience: A minimum of 2+ years work experience (Preferably Project Management Experience)Experience in education or a learning & development setting preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Other: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Typical office setting. Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor. Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job. Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant. Access information using a computer. Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain. Effectively cope with stressful situations. Strong mental acuity.
