Position Summary: This pet passionate and driven supply chain professional, will help drive Instinct market share, revenue and contribution margin growth.

This person has advanced analytics capabilities to provide actionable Supply Chain insights focused on efficiency and profitability. They will collaborate closely with the international sales and marketing team to effectively plan demand events and work with our international customers to deliver products on time, complete and within compliance. Primary Job Responsibilities: Develop customer demand plans, based on forecasting models and insights to customer category trends and demand events Proactively identify risks and exceptions

and outline recommended mitigation steps Partner with retail supply chain partners to help manage product availability, master data integrity and new product set up Participate in monthly Joint Business Planning Meetings with the Sales Team, reporting on supply chain performance KPIs, key issues and recommended course correction Works with customer service team to schedule weekly order ship outs based on inventory level, priority list, regulatory requirements and other criteria Monitor inventory level and make suggestion on order strategy Support change management and product registrations Develop and publish weekly demand-supply performance report, with focus on achievement of agreed KPIs and identification of issues and working with the team to effectively and timely resolution Support cross functional projects Ad Hoc analytics Personal Attributes: Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, order management, logistics and warehousing to ensure strong internal alignment and knowledge sharing Effective problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate risks and identify options to effectively mitigate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management skills, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy and excellence in execution Excellent numeric and analytical skills, with a strong ability to identify opportunities connecting all data points Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in working with International customers.
