JOB SUMMARY: The Receiving Clerk performs the activities of receiving and storing food/ non-food deliveries. This position will need to have the ability to ensure invoices match delivery items, recognize food that arrives below quality standards, and ensure that food is stored according to health department standards. This position must be able to communicate with food and beverage staff and possess a strong teamwork mentality. Essential Job Duties but not limited to: 1.
Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, receiving, storing of food and nonfood deliveries.2. Ensures food items are dated and rotated according to FIFO.3. POSITION SUMMARY: The kitchen steward performs several kitchen-related activities including (but not limited to) Pot and Dish washing, general cleaning duties as well as storing both food and non-food supplies. Works under the supervision of a designated Culinary Management Team member2. Utilizes a mechanical dish washing machine and other related equipment.3.
