JOB SUMMARY: The Receiving Clerk performs the activities of receiving and storing food/ non-food deliveries. This position will need to have the ability to ensure invoices match delivery items, recognize food that arrives below quality standards, and ensure that food is stored according to health department standards. This position must be able to communicate with food and beverage staff and possess a strong teamwork mentality. Essential Job Duties but not limited to: 1.
Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, receiving, storing of food and nonfood deliveries.2. Ensures food items are dated and rotated according to FIFO.3. Performs daily inventory to make sure all pars are met with all food and non-food products. 4. Communicates par shortages with the Executive Chef5. Focuses on keeping walk ins, freezers, and dry storage organized, clean and up to sanitation standards.6. Keeps refrigerator temperature logs filled out daily while making sure all refrigeration is at proper temperatures.7. Bring food/ nonfood supplies to specific areas as needed.8.
Maintains standards for personal appearance and cleanliness.9. Maintains safe and sanitary conditions.10. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.11. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Hourly Rate for this opportunity is $18.00-$20.00 per hour. Position Summary The Health and Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and staff and protecting Community property. The shifts for this position are: 8:00AM-4:00PM 4:00PM-12:00AM 12:00AM-8:00AM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in experienced in security• High school diploma/GED • Must possess a current, clear and valid driver’s license. • The ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language. • CPR certified Preferred Requirements: • EMT certified ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.
• Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls. • Develops and maintains a good working rapport with residents, family members, visitors, and personnel to assure that security procedures meet the needs of the facility. • Assists with special health and safety needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community. • Provides a written report of any community incident during the shift that to the Director of Plant operations and other administration may need to be aware of.
• Maintains entrances in facility for safe passage at all times. Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms. • Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. POSITION SUMMARY: The kitchen steward performs several kitchen-related activities including (but not limited to) Pot and Dish washing, general cleaning duties as well as storing both food and non-food supplies. This is a full-time position with shifts to be determined; and requires evening, weekend and / or holiday availability. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Works under the supervision of a designated Culinary Management Team member2. Utilizes a mechanical dish washing machine and other related equipment.3.
Sets up and maintains the dish and pot washing area.4. Distributes and stores clean pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.5. Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen areas according to cleaning schedules and procedures.6. Empties trash receptacles and transports waste to designated compacter and dumpster units. 7. Drains and fills all deep fryers on a scheduled basis and transports used oil to designated storage containers.8. Completes daily and weekly cleaning duties assigned by kitchen management. GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Duties include but are not limited to: • Maintains standards for personal appearance and cleanliness.
• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions. • Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned. • Performs specific work duties and assignments as directed. • Uses all chemical components per manufacturers recommendations. • Wear all the required PPE when necessary. • Assist with light food prep such as peeling carrots, onions, and potatoes. The hourly rate for this opportunity is $15.00-17.50 per hour. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: • The ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to set up and operate commercial dish washing equipment as well as other related machinery.
