Job Responsibilities & Duties In general, Pier Staff member duties include but are not limited to: Greets all marina guests, customers and co-workers in a prompt and courteous manner Is safety conscious and follows all documented workplace procedures Accurately performs sales transactions of fuel, ice and miscellaneous supplies Assists customers with docking and securing boats Assists with loading and launching boats on and off trailers Demonstrates proactive care for the environment by avoiding gas/oil spills and properly disposing
of litter Qualifications & Requirements Age 16 or older Staff Members are required to work Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekend Boating experience preferred, but not required Maintain a professional appearance at all times Team-oriented, self motivated and process driven Understand and follow directions, company policies, and established procedures Work independently, be self motivated and act in safety oriented manner at all times
