We have an exciting opportunity awaiting someone like you! Job Description The Energy Analyst III primary responsibilities include the acquisition, preparation and processing of data for oil and gas evaluations and the provision of timely technical computer support to the Petroleum Engineers.

Self-motivation is key. How You'll Spend Your Time You will acquire and organize evaluation input data such as ownership interests, production forecasts, revenue streams, capital costs, operating expenses, product prices and applicable pricing differentials; input data into Petroleum Engineering software and make economic runs as directed. Utilize a variety of input data forms by converting technical information from program databases, spreadsheets, acquisition online, and CD sources; develop spreadsheets to track important

statistics (such as NYMEX oil and gas prices). You will communicate the results of economic runs including different pricing scenarios associated with base case and sensitivity runs; respond to various requests for production updates and re-pricing of economic evaluations; assist in the preparation of 1-line economic summaries to be used by the bank's legal team in preparing mortgages.

You will work under the supervision of the Energy Analyst III and the Petroleum Engineers as directed to help provide timely technical analysis and evaluation to the energy lending staff. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the engineering filing system. This includes the updating and filing of client data in paper files and in electronic files and databases; and the maintenance of appropriate backup copies for data security.

Education & Experience Requirements The required level of knowledge is acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Math or related subject, and 5+ years of relevant industry experience with an operating company; engineering and consulting firm; or an energy bank or 8+ years related experience. Thorough knowledge of Oil and Gas industry. Knowledge of oil and gas reserve evaluation programs and a high level of proficiency in at least one program such as ARIES or PHDWin.

Experience with the acquisition of oil and gas data from commercial industry databases such as Enverus and from state regulatory bodies such as the Texas Railroad Commission and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Knowledge of daily activity related to prudent oil and gas lease operations, and methods/requirements used in the valuation of producing properties and various ownership interests. Familiarity with the criteria, guidelines, and regulations associated with oil and gas operations. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Exceptional PC skills, including Excel and Word. Familiarity with Power BI or Spotfire is a plus. Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
