the world together with our fries. Job Description Summary We are seeking a Senior Manager of End User Services (EUX) and Collaboration. This leader is responsible for the creation and execution of the End User Services and Collaboration standards, guidelines, principles, strategy, and innovation.

This Sr. Manager will prepare for the future by implementing the latest technologies within EUX, protecting critical service KPI's and providing value-added transformation to our business. This role will be a key component of the Global End User experience leadership team, driving and delivering on our company values and goals. Job Description Strategically leads and communicates projects,

initiatives, performance, and all other aspects of the End User Service and Collaboration team.

Lead a global team of managers and specialists with responsibility for Servicedesk and Collaboration functions. Drive execution on business roadmaps, including the associated Change Management work streams for User Base Impact, Training, Communication, and Cultural change, as well as technical implementation and coordination with other enterprise initiatives. Effectively communicate results to Senior IT leadership and Business Unit leadership. Act as a member of IT leadership and cross functionally work with the leaders of our IT functions and business units which include Architecture, Security, Applications, Governance, PMO, Supply Chain IT, among others.

Interact cross-functionally with all other departments outside of IT and serve as an effective and value-added resource for the entire global organization. Coach and provide the necessary subject matter expertise and coordinate efforts on an organizational level to identify key Service needs and initiatives. Ensures coordination with vendors/ partners/ suppliers/ subcontractors; coordinate activities with external auditors as required on an annual basis. Stay abreast of emerging technology and trends in manufacturing.

Understand and readily support established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk. Manage IT resources (people, resources, budget) to prioritize business IT demand and budget. Hire and develop quality employees. Assign and direct work. Provided department input into planning, preparation, development and successful execution and adherence to departmental budgets, capital planning, Annual Operating Plans. Execute excellent global service desk performance. Competencies: Experience as a liaison between Business Leadership, Stakeholders, and Project Teams Experience at managing and influencing.

Adept to coaching junior team members. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Excellent service mindset, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience developing End User Services Messaging and Collaboration teams and departments, in line with business goals and budget. Basic & Preferred Qualifications Requires BS/BA degree in Servicedesk Messaging or related fields. 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations. 8+ years of experience in managing and leading technical teams.

Demonstrated experience building and leading a team of managers, skilled service desk specialist, field specialist and messaging specialist distributed across multiple regions that support existing and emerging technologies in a Hybrid-Cloud and On Premises footprint. Service minded with the ability to assimilate new technologies and identify where they can be applied to strategies, processes, and organization to support Business objectives. Strong leadership capabilities, having the ability to communicate effectively with diverse set of IT principles, SMEs across multiple disciplines.

Strong presentation and written communication skills; high degree of comfort with technical and Executive audiences Ability to communicate situation reports to both highly technical and non-technical individuals. Interacting with other teams to provide the measurements needed to effectively manage organizational technology risk. Ability to motivate, mentor, coach and lead technical teams. Ability to lead teams in achieving or exceeding challenging goals. Flexible and responsive to change.
