end-to-end customer journeys, while meeting the revenue targets for new customers and expansion targets for existing customers. About the role: As Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Strategy & Growth Marketing, you will work to create and optimize all programs providing digital experiences to our prospects and customers.

Your primary drivers will be improving conversion on site for all digital channels bringing traffic to /hiring. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns to support our audience- and needs-based campaigns with digital experiences that lead to pipeline creation and revenue. It's critical that we create a strategic plan for the site, and supporting technology, that provides a best-in-class customer experience. You will be the principal driver of the initiative to optimize our digital pathways for prospects and customers. In the short term you will: Lead and Execute Digital Programs: Oversee the development and execution of all digital programs aimed at generating qualified inbound marketing pipelines for prospects, customers, and partners. Optimize Marketing Technologies: Collaborate with Marketing Ops to implement and optimize marketing technologies that support digital customer journeys (ex: Intercomm/Drift, 6Sense, Mutiny/Google Optimize, Pathfactory).

This includes internal stakeholder alignment, and managing of key vendor relationships. Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze first- and third-party marketing data to provide strategic guidance for marketing programs and campaigns. Advise on necessary audience, digital, tactic, and channel adjustments to enhance performance. Strategic Roadmap and KPIs: Plan, scope, and prioritize projects - in collaboration with our web development, engineering, and content teams - aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Manage a cross-functional group of stakeholders to optimize the web marketing function (CRO, SEO, Project Management, and UX design) for /hiring. Demand and Conversion Strategy: Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager of Integrated Campaigns to lead the demand and conversion strategy for direct and organic channels. Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with content strategists to create and implement a customer journey-based content strategy for /hiring. Partnership Management: Manage internal and agency partnerships for Experimentation and SEO programs.

Website Content Updates: Leverage basic HTML and WYSWIG editor in our web CMS to update content as needed on on /hiring. In the long term you will: Create the strategic roadmap for /hiring to meet our growth goals Ensure that we are leveraging all portions of our marketing tech stack to deliver best-in-class digital experiences Become our internal SME for web site and digital experience personalization What you bring to the team: Required: Experience shaping and implementing web and digital strategies and channels Strong understanding of web design principles and web architecture for B2B audiences Deep experience leveraging test and learn methodologies for campaign and program conversion-rate optimization Insatiable curiosity that drives continuous learning about modern Marketing and GTM practices, as well as an ongoing test and learn practice Ability to leverage basic HTML for content updateinteractionperience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Proven results exceeding pipeline targets A successful track record of optimizing digital journeys for high conversion rates and pipeline creation Deep understanding of web marketing best practiceinteractionperience working with technical and non-technical teams to plan and execute on web marketing and digital marketing initiatives Ability to execute with urgency Experience managing agencies and budgets Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales analytics Effective influencing and partnership skillinteractioncellent communication skills Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Tableau, basic HTMLPreferred: Experience managing/deploying conversational marketing tools (ex: Intercomm, Drift, Qualified)Experience with ABM digital journeys Des Moines pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance.
