administrative duties while also digging into creative projects like social media content creation, publication editing and design, assisting with special events, etc. Responsibilities: Assists with maintaining website content. Creates digital content and monitors activity for social media channels.

Maintains a social media editorial calendar. Maintains a departmental editorial calendar. Tracks and analyzes social media analytics. Assists with the creation of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization. Ensures that all marketing deliverables present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and/or brand. Assists with planning, preparing,

and distributing original promotional/informational content such as articles, news releases, emails, social media posts, and other updates on behalf of the organization.

Attends special events and functions on behalf of the organization. Assists with arranging for photography and/or press coverage for special events. Assists with implementing an overall marketing/communications strategic plan. Assists with grant writing and development activities. Assists Co Mo Gives Committee and supports organization with fundraising activities/events. Assists with the production of the organizational newsletter and regular e-communications. Assists with supporting employee recognition programs. Supports

Human Resources initiatives to communicate timely health/wellness information to employees, and other communication tasks as assigned.

Utilizes social media channels to promote job openings as requested. Researches marketing opportunities to foster agency/program visibility and growth. Assists with donor thank you letters as requested. Manages ACT's donor log spreadsheet. Supports reception area with such tasks as: answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail, maintaining adequate office supplies, maintaining a welcoming environment, etc. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.

Pay Range for this position is $19.00-24.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
