Position Description As a HVAC Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following: Daily leadership of the site supervision and labor teams Identify potential change orders Manage Quality Control program Conduct weekly safety meetings Attend project job cost review meetings Manage manpower needs, both Subs Interpret piping and HVAC drawings for craft installation Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions Perform material take-offs, ordering tools,
materials, and equipment in a timely fashion to maximize field productivity Coordination of installation between trades and coordinate sub-contractor progress Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards Schedule equipment deliveries with GC and periodic inspections by governing authorities Administer construction contract Monitor labor reporting, job cost reviews and prepare time sheets, two-week look-a-heads, daily logs, and safety audits Monitor project specific building information modeling, review shop drawings for accuracy and efficiency, set delivery schedules for the roll-out of shop drawings, and document any revisions to the same for as-built documents.
