& Prep Cook are vital members of the kitchen team, who will work closely with all other positions in the Back of the House operations to receive, prep, and organize food in order to maintain proper Back of House operations for the continuity of the guest experience.

The Prep Cook, who reports to the Kitchen Manager, operates grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, ovens, and other kitchen cooking equipment to prep food according to the recipe. The Dishwasher is also a vital member of the kitchen team ensuring all guests experience polished, clear dishware and utensils, and contributes to the overall presentation of the dining experience, in a high quality and timely fashion.
